Room Rates: $125-$175 double occupancy. $25 for additional person in room.

Reservations

• Reservations can be made by using your credit card to guarantee your room.
• 30 Day advance reservations require advance payment. A check for the full amount within 10 days of reservation is required.
• Sorry, no refunds for no-shows or early departures.
• No Pets.
• No children under 12.

Cancellations

• If circumstances arise that you must cancel, your payment or card guarantee will be refunded in full provided we have 10 days notice.
• One night's lodging will be forfeited for a cancellation shorter than 10 days notice.

Directions

Salisbury is conveniently located in the Heartland of North Carolina, halfway between Charlotte and Greensboro on Interstate 85. From nearby I-77 and I-40, Salisbury is only a short trip via NC HWY. 150 at Mooresville, NC, or via US 70 at Statesville, NC.

Rowan Oak House is easy to find. You can Exit I-85 going North or South at Innes Street ( Exit 76 ). Drive North 1 mile to Fulton Street, turn left. We are the second house, second block. We are 40 miles North of Charlotte, 35 miles South of Winston-Salem, 50 miles South of Greensboro.
